Abstract

Analyzes the concept of "working time" and it has been determined that enterprises that have a correctly formulated strategy of working time management as a technology for achieving success in economic activity get the best results; the main factors of influence on workers and the efficiency of the enterprise are given; the influence of motivation and working conditions on personnel is considered; the priority of working time management at the enterprise has been proved; the necessity of monitoring of working time in order to avoid its inefficient use is revealed; the basic standards of working time duration are investigated
