Abstract

A methodical approach to the management of the personnel potential of the enterprise has been developed, which is based on the talent management system and the use of a competent approach to personnel management. The use of the proposed methodical approach will help identify the need for the development of potential and increase the efficiency of its use at the enterprise and develop appropriate measures that will increase the efficiency of the use of both the enterprise's personnel and other resources of the enterprise, which will ensure the enterprise's competitiveness and sustainable economic development
