System of company personnel motivation in modern conditions

The article deals with the theoretical provisions of the system of personnel motivation in modern conditions. In particular, the multifaceted nature of motivation concept is considered, the author conducts a comparative analysis of the definitions of the essence of motivation at a company. Author offers an improved definition of motivation as a process of inducing an employee to work by means of application of external factors of influence complex and activation of internal incentives in order to achieve the goals of the organization in the course of professional activity. A generalized list of components of the personnel motivation system at a company is also provided. The results of the work can be applied in further research in the field of management and practical activities of managers of different levels
