Use of modern methods of motivation personal in the enterprise

Motivation is an inducement to action; a dynamic process that manages a person’s behavior, that determines his orientation, organization, activity and stability. The existing and new methods of personnel motivation system are considered. In the article the theory of motivation and aspects of its influence on a person are considered. The general recommendation are developed and possible measures are proposed for the improvement of the system of employee motivation. A non-standard solution was proposed: use personnel rotation as one of the motivating factors, and pay enough attention to the socio-psychological factors of the working environment of subordinates. The proposed improvement of the methods of motivation for improving the efficiency of the enterprise is substantiated.
