The methodology of anti-crisis management of the enterprise was studied. Four phases of the enterprise crisis are identified and directions of management decisions corresponding to them are determined. The following hypothesis was formed and confirmed: measures to overcome the crisis of the enterprise can be organized in the form of a project and, therefore, anti-crisis management can be carried out on the basis of a project approach. project, project development (detailed development of a possible solution to overcome the crisis at the enterprise), project expertise (expertise of a possible solution to overcome the crisis at the enterprise), project implementation (implementation of a set of measures to bring the enterprise out of the crisis), evaluation of the results of project implementation (review and evaluation of the actions taken to overcome the crisis and make a decision on further actions, continuation or completion of the implementation of the complex of anti-crisis measures)
