Abstract

The article examines the classification of competitive strategies of organizations, focusing on their complexity and dynamics of response to changes in the market situation. It is determined that the competitive strategy of the organization covers both offensive and defensive measures, taking into account the specifics of the market environment. In particular, the article examines short-term tactical moves that allow the organization to effectively respond to momentary changes in the situation, as well as long-term actions that determine the competitiveness of the company and its position in the market in the future. It is noted that the implementation of strategies of the appropriate level of complexity and tasks is important for achieving success in today's business environment
