Abstract

This article explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on modern business processes in different industries. In the world of developing technologies, AI is becoming a useful tool for helping businesses by analyzing large amounts of data, automating repetitive tasks, and improving customer experience through personalized solutions. Theoretical overview of AI examines its applications across various industries including pharmaceuticals, retail, telecommunications, energy, and finance and outlines its benefits, such as enhanced efficiency, increased revenue, and improved customer experiences. Different data across the world shows an increase in popularity of artificial intelligence, predicting significant impact on the global economy by 2030. In conclusion, by showing many ways AI can be used, the article emphasizes that nowadays it is a key tool for improving businesses productivity, decreasing budget costs and gaining a competitive edge.
