Abstract

The functions of personnel management, their origin and interpretation, approaches to personnel management are analyzed and modern areas of training for employees of the organization are proposed. Conclusions are made regarding the place and role in the modern world of personnel management of the organization, as well as its training, and the content of the functions of the personnel manager has been improved.
