Current tendencies of stock exchange activity

Abstract

The article explores the modern trends of world stock exchange activity and analyzes the realities of the national exchanges, considers the factors of negative impact on the stock exchange activity of Ukraine and the prospects for solving problematic issues. The state of the exchange industry in Ukraine lags significantly behind world indicators; modern world trends are practically not used, which affects the efficiency of national exchanges. The reason for this situation is a series of problems specific to the Ukrainian economy, among which are flaws in the state legal regulation. But there are ways to solve these problems, which are outlined in this article, and which require further in-depth study and implementation in practice.
