Methodology of organizational design

Abstract

The issue of approaches to the projection of organizational structures of enterprise management was researched. The most pressing issue for many enterprises under competitive conditions is the formation of an efficient management structure that would respond to changes in both the external and internal product markets in a mobile and in a short timeframe. The necessity of continuous and comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of organizational projection and improvement of the organizational structure of the enterprise is proved. At all levels of management, great attention is paid to the principles and methods of structure formation, type selection, or combination of types of structures.
