Integrated grading as a modern approach to management

Abstract

The role of personnel management is defined as one of the main functions of any enterprise, it is one of the determining factors that reveal the successes or failures of the enterprise. An approach to personnel management based on integrated grading has been formed. The development of market relations in Ukraine implies the formation of new approaches in personnel management, since the majority of Ukrainian enterprises, due to the lack of highly qualified personnel and insufficiently flexible and outdated concept of personnel policy, do not have time to respond to the rapid changes in the market situation, new requirements for mobile reorientation of their own personnel, technologies of personnel work. Effective personnel management is the main reserve for the growth of industrial enterprises. The criteria for evaluating and motivating staff in accordance with integrated grading are divided into three groups of factors: job placement, employee grading, job performance grading. Grading jobs include the following factors: the nature of the work that determines the content and complexity of the work; variety of works; management (link, team); additional responsibility, work with self-control. Grading employees include the following factors: professional competence; ability to organize work; responsibility, teamwork, personal discipline; autonomy and initiative; efficiency; ability to keep in touch with other employees. Grading work results include the following factors: volume of work performed; the quality of the work performed; the term of the works.
