Peculiarities of competitive strategy formation

The article examines the theoretical aspects of the peculiarities of the formation of competitive strategy. After studying the works of scientists, the main methodological approaches to the formation of competitive strategy were divided into three groups based on a specific model of strategy formation and place different research emphases. It is proved that the development of competitive strategy of the enterprise involves the coordination of various actions, including the definition of development goals and operation of the enterprise. Based on the study, in accordance with existing views, the stages of the process of developing a competitive strategy of the enterprise are identified.
