The motivational profile of employees as the basis for effective staff motivation at the enterprise

At the present stage of economic development, it becomes obvious that no management system will be able to function successfully if it does not include an effective organization of incentives and motivation, which will encourage employees to work productively and efficiently to achieve a specific goal. The development of such a system, which allows combining the interests and needs of staff with the strategic objectives of the enterprise, is a key task of personnel management. Effective management, high return from subordinates, are impossible without purposeful and skillful influence on motivation of workers, without qualitative system of motivation of work.
