Optimization and development of management system in the conditions of global digitalization

Abstract

This article describes the basic principles of optimization and development of the management system in the context of global digitalization. The importance of the content of digital technologies in modern life is considered. The concept of “digitalization” itself was analyzed from the point of view of various sources and authors. The difficulties and contradictions that arise when introducing digitalization into a modern management system are presented. Based on the study, it was concluded that the introduction of digitalization into the management systems of various enterprises is becoming more and more common
