Marketing research of consumer preferences in the choice of tourist services

The paper analyzes the current state of the market of tourist services in Ukraine, prospects for the development of the market of tourist services, positive and negative factors influencing this market, in particular the COVID-19 pandemic and compares the indicators of consumption of tourist services for 2020-2021. Particular attention is paid to the selection of tourist services and consumer preferences. Some advice has also been provided to tour operators to increase demand for their services. The work was performed on the basis of the results of the survey and desk research
