Abstract

The activity on formation of loyalty in the market of banking services, namely the effectiveness of existing loyalty programs of banking enterprises was studied. The article analyzes the loyalty programs of popular banks in the Ukrainian market, identifies factors influencing the choice of bank, customer satisfaction with the activities of banking institutions, and provides recommendations for improving customer loyalty and the banking sector in general
