Abstract

The article examines the theoretical issues of strategic change management in the enterprise as part of the overall system of strategic management. The main tools of its implementation are established, the organizational and economic mechanism (strategy), development and implementation of each tool are studied, which should positively affect the economic development of the enterprise through a qualitative approach to its implementation and production and financial potential. Existing barriers to strategy implementation, methods and schemes for overcoming them are considered. A strategy has been developed to improve the relationship between employee motivation and strategic goals, taking into account the orientation of strategic change not only in the short term but also in the long term. The article presents the stages of implementation of strategic changes in the enterprise and discusses their basics in detail. Organizational, psychological, social, cultural barriers to the introduction of innovations as a factor of strategic change are studied, with further description of the procedure for overcoming them. The mechanism is designed to improve the mechanism of strategic management of the enterprise
