Concept of working conditions and their improvement at the enterprise

Abstract

The essence of the concept of "working conditions" and the factors that form the working conditions, are explored. The analysis of the influence of harmful and dangerous factors of the working environment on the health and efficiency of workers is carried out. The concept of "harmful and dangerous working conditions" and their classification are defined. The ways and methods of improving the working conditions and labor protection in enterprises, including the economic measures to encourage creating and maintaining healthy and safe working conditions, are considered. The tasks of attestation of working places and its role in ensuring labor protection are being studied.
