Abstract

Ability of enterprise to answer the requirements of potential investors, id est to be investment attractive, in the modern terms of development of economy is extremely important taking into account limit nature of financial resources. The points of view of scientists were in-process generalized on essence of investment attractiveness of enterprise, interpretation of her essence is reasonable; there sults of research of process of forming of investment attractiveness of enterprise are given and the factors of influence are generalized, they are classified in accordance with the level of economy, and also the methodical going is certain near the estimation of investment attractiveness.
