Abstract

The main problems of migration processes in Ukraine are considered and investigated, the main indicators that influence the migration of labor force in Ukraine are described, the relationship between optimization of regulatory and legal and migration policies is described, as well as the impact of regulatory and legal policy on Ukraine's economic development strategy in the sphere of migration of labor resources.
