Abstract

This article, gamificationis considered as an approach to the management of Generation Z. In this aspect the theory of generations by William Strauss and Neil Howe was described with a brief description of generation Y. Statistical data of Generation Z in the world in general and in Russia in particular were analyzed and presented, was given its complete characterization, dismantled its features and characteristics. Classification of management approaches by A. K.Semenov was presented and impossibility of use of these methods in relation to the representative of the generation Z was proved, the examples of their inadequacy was given. Overview of gamification as a phenomenon and as an approach to personnel management was presented. The advantages of use of gamification in the management of generation Z were given.
