Problems of improving the efficiency of enterprise and personnel management

Abstract

Enterprise and personnel management is one of the most important criteria that influences the efficiency of an enterprise as a whole. The peculiarities of the structure of work of the enterprise and personnel are considered. Innovative methods of increasing the efficiency of enterprise management and personnel are considered. The problems and shortcomings of methods are indicated on the example of existing enterprises. A step-by-step approach to increase the efficiency of work in the enterprise is proposed. To test theoretical hypotheses, it is suggested to use historical methods and innovations.
