Directions of automation of the system of balanced indicators of the enterprise on the basis of modern software

Abstract

The paper analyzes the main areas of automation company balanced scorecard based on advanced software and hardware in order to find ways to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The basic requirements for automated systems analysis balanced scorecard are defined: data security, flexibility, cascading goals, the graphical representation of the results of analysis. The keeping of historical data in the automated mode provides the ability to obtain statistical information on the balanced scorecard, which gives management time to correct wrong actions, monitor achievement of the set goals and make changes to the plans.
